At Studio DOS by Designer Outlet Sales, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included and intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items to ensure they are in unworn condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
